Have you changed your mind and want to return an item or the entire order?

No problem! You can return the unopened products to us within 30 days (from delivery)*. It's easy and there's no need to give a reason. The money will be refunded to the payment method you used.

Please just write us a short message so that we are up to date and can initiate your refund.

* Only products from our SALE cannot be returned. We ask for your understanding. Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping costs for the return, as it does not correspond to our sustainability concept, because every package has a CO2 emission, which we would like to reduce - together with you! Thank you for reducing returns together with us.
