Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Basel to the delivery address you specify within 1-3 working days.

Since September 2023, we have been working with Wohnwerk Basel, who will lovingly pack and ship your parcel for you. Wohnwerk has been working since 1917 to ensure that people with disabilities can participate in social life as a matter of course. With this collaboration, we are therefore jointly supporting Wohnwerk in enabling people to develop their potential and experience themselves as independent and self-reliant.

From January 1, 2024, we will be offering free shipping on all orders of CHF 60.00 or more. If the order total is less than CHF 60.00, we will charge postage of CHF 9.00 for A Mail. If your order weighs less than 500 grams, we can send it as a midi letter for CHF 3.00.

We also offer free shipping for all orders to Germany.

If you would like your order to be sent by B Mail, please send us an e-mail to salut@ohyouprettythings.ch. We will arrange the shipping for you individually.

We guarantee you a 30-day right of return after receipt of items purchased in the online store. This applies to all items, provided that they are unopened and undamaged*

* Only products from our SALE cannot be returned. We ask for your understanding. Unfortunately, we do not take over the shipping for the return, as it does not correspond to our sustainability concept, because every package has a CO2 emission, which we would like to reduce - together with you!
