    Application

    The Adaptogen Body Oil Serum can be used in the morning and/or evening.

    Use the body oil after showering or bathing. The oil should always be applied to slightly damp skin, as this allows it to be absorbed best.
    Apply a few pumps of the body oil to damp skin and massage it in gently. It will be completely absorbed after just a few minutes.

    Can also be used as massage oil.
