WILLOW BARK
A natural source of salicylic acid that increases cell turnover and exfoliates without irritation for a smooth and healthy-looking complexion. (Note: Willow bark is not typically recommended during pregnancy. Although it is present in a very small percentage, it is best avoided if you are concerned).
FRUIT AHA
The AHAs, or alpha hydroxy acids, in Evolve's toner come from natural sources such as glycolic acid from sugar cane, malic acid from apples, and citric acid from citrus fruits. These AHAs all help promote exfoliation.
GALACTOARABINAN
Comes from the western larch tree and has incredible moisturizing properties for the skin. Galactoarabinan helps reduce transepidermal water loss. This is the measure that shows how well your skin barrier retains moisture.
